This mission has two purposes :

1. Working with members of Dalat university in view of establishing a collaborative program with two components :

    - to create a program of collaboration with Japan and China on the question of the role of nuclear energy in the protection

of the environment;

    - to help the physics department of the university to establish a teaching program at the graduate level.

2. Visiting some institutions in the Mekong Delata region with which AideV has running collaborative programs in order to assert

of their progress.
